Adventure Builder is an evolving service. These terms are written to explain the basic rules for using the website and app. They should be reviewed alongside the final business, subscription and safety arrangements before commercial launch.
1. Using Adventure Builder

2. Adventure and navigation information
Routes, maps, places, weather-related information and other adventure content can change and may be incomplete. Always follow road signs, local rules, access restrictions, landowner instructions and official safety advice. Do not rely on Adventure Builder as your only source of navigation or emergency information.

You remain responsible for deciding whether a route, activity, campsite, waterway or location is suitable for you, your vehicle, your equipment and current conditions. Do not use controls in a way that distracts you while driving or taking part in an activity.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or to address unlawful, abusive or unsafe use.
5. Content you add
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You must have the right to use that content and must not upload unlawful, abusive, dangerous or rights-infringing material. Where sharing features are used, you give Adventure Builder the permissions needed to store, process and display that content for the service you selected.
6. Adventure Builder content and software
Adventure Builder branding, original designs and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
7. Availability and changes
Features may be changed, improved, removed or temporarily unavailable. Beta or test features may contain errors and should not be treated as guaranteed or continuously available.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Adventure Builder is not responsible for losses caused by using information contrary to official instructions, ignoring local conditions, or relying on the service as a substitute for appropriate judgement and safety planning.
